We are currently experiencing delays in cloud server create operations. Our team is actively working to speed up the process and restore normal performance.
At this stage, all services appear to be stable, and there are no observed issues with accessibility. Fortunately, no problems have been detected at the processing or infrastructure layers.
We are currently continuing our verification process to ensure full stability and to confirm final system health.
Based on the restored access, it has been confirmed that the entire site was not fully powered down. The issue was limited to a power outage affecting the upstream uplink layer of the datacenter.
Service recovery is currently in progress, and systems are being progressively restored to normal operation.
Unfortunately, we have been informed that the entire cluster was powered down during the maintenance operation, and bringing it back online will require additional time.
All infrastructure teams and on-call engineers are now on full standby to ensure a coordinated recovery and to support the restoration of power and full cluster availability as quickly as possible.
Based on the follow-up investigation, the root cause of the outage has been identified as an unannounced maintenance activity on the upstream internet provider serving the Goethe Datacenter.
According to the provider, remediation is already in progress, and full service restoration is expected within the next 30 minutes.
We are currently experiencing network bandwidth issues affecting services hosted in the Goethe Datacenter.
Our technical team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal network performance as soon as possible.
We have not detected any further anomalies, and the incident is now considered to be resolved. If you are currently experiencing any issues, please contact our Support Team.
This issue and all of affected services are now operating normally and we are monitoring the situation.

We have detected an issue that is affecting CDN performance from international PoP sites to domestic origins , causing slow response times and increased latency. Our team is actively investigating the situation and will provide further updates as we gather more information.
The DNS resolution and sync has now been fully addressed and fixed.
DNS resolution has now been fixed. We are now monitoring the service. The only problem remaining at the moment is the DNS record sync between CDN PoPs.
The DNS Resolution Issue has now also occured at our Iranian PoPs. The problem is being addressed at the moment.
After recent changes, bandwidth in all our Iranian data centers has been restored to full functionality. We are now monitoring this matter.
This issue has affected our DNS Resolution from certain foreign destinations in Europe. We are working on a fix for the problem.
