Power to the data center has now been restored and stabilized. Our engineers, along with remote hands, are currently in the process of powering on the servers and restoring services.
Due to a power outage at HiWeb's physical data center, all servers within the Simin Zone that were hosted on the HiWeb site have been affected. This issue has occurred completely on the physical site level and is out of ArvanCloud's direct control. Our teams are following up with HiWeb for a quicker resolution of the issue but due to the nature of the problem this may take some time.
We suggest users activate their Disaster Recovery Protocol (DRP) to continue their services. All ArvanCloud Multi-Zone services remain operational. New updates will be posted on this thread.
The root cause of the issue has been identified as a cooling and power systems issue on the data center. Our data center team are actively working with remote-hand and on-site personel to address the issue.
We have detected a power and cooling anomaly on the Simin (ir-central1-b) data center. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue.
